Goldbet maintains an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) program consistent with applicable laws and regulatory expectations. This Policy summarises how we identify and mitigate risks relating to goldbet.games and related services.

It applies to all customers, employees, and contractors. Senior management is responsible for effective implementation; the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (or equivalent) oversees day-to-day compliance.

Customers must cooperate with information requests. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in restricted service or termination.

Where required, Goldbet submits suspicious activity reports to competent authorities. Staff are trained not to "tip off" any person where disclosure could prejudice an investigation. Confidentiality obligations apply even after an account is closed.

Customers are prohibited from using the platform to launder proceeds of crime or to circumvent sanctions.

AML records are retained for the period mandated by law, typically at least five years after the end of the relationship or transaction. Records may be stored securely in electronic form.
